Depending on the demand we make a complex or limited overview of the state of the company. Then, we present the conclusions, which are the basis for the restructuring of the company, which aims to:

1. increase their activities in a given direction,
   

2. escape the unwanted phenomena,
   

3. carry out investment
   

4. sell their assets business (machines, buildings, land)
   

5. make a merger or sale of shares.
   

At the request of the Customer, we supervise the process of restructuring according to the accepted schedule, by the following actions :

1. external supervising, including monitoring of the components which inhibit the process and presentation of ways to eliminate them,
   

2. direct internal monitoring by the employment on an independent position in the Customer’s company of our company's representative, who receives the necessary mandate and authority.
